Group Training
Group training at Shaping Life Fitness is a fun, interactive way to take advantage of a fully qualified, professional and experienced personal trainer in a small group environment, but paying only the fraction of the price.
Shaping Life Fitness classes are based around functional training, targeting a specific outcome. The training will be specific to all fitness components ranging from getting fitter, stronger and leaner. The training will last for 45 minutes with a warm up at the start and a cool down at the end.
The training sessions run every weekday morning at 6am and Monday and Wednesday evenings at 630pm. These are convenient times for the early riser and the end of the day worker. The sessions have plenty of variety and each member has adequate personalised attention.
