Having a qualified and experienced personal trainer is great for your individual goals, wellbeing and happiness.
- It’s difficult to stay motivated, and even more difficult to stay on top of all the new ways to exercise and get fit.
- I personally find over my 7 years of personal training that having a specific goal is imperative! So if your goal is sports specific, weight loss, muscle gain, power lifting or a particular physique you desire, I can give you a program to make you reach your goal.
- I will start you off with an initial consultation, assessing you with your current state of health to help give you a blueprint of your desired path to your specific goals. This will give you a starting point and I can use the results to measure your progression as we train.
- Making appointments and sticking to them will be a great way to achieving your goals and keeping your motivation high. I will be there for you to report to and you’ll have a realistic tailored program designed to deliver maximum results in a minimum time frame. The workouts are designed to be fun, to keep the motivation strong and for you to be consistent to your goals.
